Advanced Computer Centre
The advanced Computer Centre is the pride and prestige
of MEA Engineering College. The full-fledged computer center of
this Institution is well equipped with the latest computers and
other peripherals. Round the clock internet facility is provided
for the students. The center also has well experienced support staff
to guide the students in the Lab.
Campus network facilitates efficient monitoring
and successful co-ordination of all academic and non-academic activities
.
Library & Information Centre
The College Library and Information Center is equipped with technical
books, Magazines, Newspapers, CD's and Cassettes. A digital library
with a high speed internet facility is also being set up in the
College. Aiming at making the students to excel in a competitive
world, the Library houses books for almost all competitive examinations
like GATE, JTO, IELTS, TOFEL etc.
Hostel
Separate well-furnished hostels are available for boys and girls
in the campus. The College canteen provides good quality food at
low price.
Transport
Located at 10 km on the Perinthalmanna-Melattur State Highway,
the College is easily accessible by public transport. Additionally
College Bus services are provided to and from Perinthalmanna. The
College is accessible by rail, nearest railway station being Pattikkad.
The nearest airport, Karipur International Airport, is situated
at 50 km from the College.
Virtual Class Room
MEA. Engineering College has joined hands with Everonn Systems
India (P) limited,Chennai to deliver quality education and training
through technology-enabled modes. This aims at providing an interactive
class room with the aid of VSAT technology.
The “Technology Enabled Virtual Class Room” focuses
on enhancing communication skills, interview skills and managerial
competence among the pupils through interactive virtual class-rooms.
Various curriculum, non-curriculum and non-conventional courses
like technical skill and soft skill enhancers are provided with
high quality learning products and services at affordable cost.
