Samastha Kerala Jammiyyathul Ulama, is made its presence
felt over a century in the field of Muslim education in Kerala.
Established in 1951, and registered under the society’s
regulation act of ΧXI, of 1860, the organization runs
religious and educational institutions throughout the state
of Kerala. MEA Engineering College is administrated jointly
by Jamia Nooria Arabic College and “Samastha Kerala
Jammiyyathul Ulama”. whose goal is to create an environment
to execute study in modern technical subjects without giving
any extra burden to the public exchequer. The movement functions
under the charismatic leadership of Late. Janab Panakkad Sayyid
